Will you only sell Deva products?
For now, yes we will. DevaCurl, the curly hair product pioneers, offer a comprehensive line of products with something for everyone. If you are unsure of which product is right for you just ask us! We are happy to recommend something for you!
How will my payment be processed?
We use PayPal to process payments. You make your payment after being directed to the PayPal site. We've used PayPal from the very beginning. We have always found it to be safe and reliable. 'HAIR CUES' will appear on the statement for whichever payment source you choose.
How long until my order ships?
We move as quickly as we can. Usually your order is processed the same day your order is placed, and shipped the following day.
Who do you ship by?
We proudly use Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. Estimated shipping times are as followed:
Local- 1 day
Regional - 1-3 days
National 2-7 days

Oops, made a mistake on my order, how do I correct it?
Send us an email. If your order has not yet been shipped we can fix it no problem!
How do I place a large order?
Send us an email and we will do what we can to make it work.
Does Hair Cues take returns?
We do not accept returns.
What should I do if I think my package is lost in the mail?
Track your order using the provided tracking number. If the Canada Post tracking system says your item is lost you will need to open a ticket. Please contact Canada Post directly, have your tracking number handy, at 1-866-607-6301.

Saturday & Sunday 9am to 9pm ET
Where are you located?
We work and ship out of a private office in Ontario. We are not open to the public at this time.
